AntFleet is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) manufacturing ERP platform for small and medium-sized factories. Each customer organization operates within its own isolated workspace; data in one workspace is completely separated from data in any other. This Privacy Policy explains what information AntFleet collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Each customer organization that creates a workspace is the data controller for all information generated within that workspace — including customer records, suppliers, employees, orders, invoices, and production data.
AntFleet acts as the data processor — we process workspace data only on behalf of the customer, as needed to operate the application. We do not use workspace data for our own purposes.
All business data in AntFleet is bound to a unique workspace_id.
Every API endpoint validates the user's identity and returns only data
belonging to their workspace. A user in workspace A
cannot read or modify data in workspace B — this is
enforced at the authentication middleware layer, the database query
layer, and at the foreign-key constraint level in the database.
We use the information described above exclusively to operate the application and to provide business functionality to our customers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising, tracking, or behavioral profiling.
AntFleet data is stored on secured PostgreSQL servers operated by AntFleet. All network communication between the application and the server uses HTTPS with industry-standard TLS encryption. Passwords (where used) are hashed with bcrypt; authentication tokens are signed with JWT using a private key. Only authorized AntFleet personnel have access to production servers and operational backups.
AntFleet relies on the following third-party services, only for the purposes stated. These providers do not receive your workspace data beyond what is required to authenticate you:
Workspace data is retained for as long as the customer maintains an active subscription. When a workspace is cancelled or permanently suspended, its data is retained for up to 90 days to allow for recovery or data export, after which it is permanently deleted from production servers. Periodic backups follow the same 90-day retention.
For your own personal data (email, name, profile picture), you may request AntFleet to:
For workspace business data (orders, customers, employees, etc.) — the data controller is the customer organization that owns the workspace, not AntFleet. Please direct related requests to your workspace administrator.
AntFleet is a B2B product intended for businesses; it is not directed to and does not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it upon notification.
If this Privacy Policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify workspace administrators by email. Continued use of AntFleet after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
